Huntington Beach, also known as Surf City because of its miles of beautiful beaches and great surfing spots (including an annual surf competition at the pier), is located in the northern area of Orange County along the coast.  The community is most accessible from the 405 freeway by heading west on Beach Blvd. (State Route 39) or from Pacific Coast Highway.  At the center of the community is the famous Huntington Beach Pier and the recently rennovated Main Street offering great shopping, dining, entertainment, and much more.

Huntington Beach real estate was built primarily during the 1960s and 1970s and due to its prime coastal location, has seen a lot of redevelopment over the years, including many new condo communities.  This community does not offer the rolling hills as in the southern part of the county, but it does offer homes with coastline views and includes the popular Huntington Harbor homes and condos communities, some of which offer luxurious custom estates with boat docks and/or harbor views.
