The city of San Juan Capistrano almost entirely has been centered around the Spanish style architecture of the historical San Juan Mission. Located off Interstate 5 from Avery Parkway to Camino Capistrano, at the end of the 73 Tollroad or via Ortega Highway, this community has one of the longest histories of any Orange County community with the historical San Juan Mission at its core. Communities surrounding San Juan Capistrano include Mission Viejo to the North, Laguna Niguel to the east, and Dana Point to the South.
San Juan Capistrano real estate offers some of the largest lots in the county and includes many ranches, horse properties, and luxury and custom estates tucked into the hillsides. San Juan Capistrano boasts some very popular communities from Marbella, a gated community of semi-custom and custom estates with the Marbella Country Club and 18 hole golf course at its core, Stone Ridge featuring custom estates, and the guard-gated Hunt Club. Towards the historical Mission and San Juan Train Depot, there are many smaller condo and townhome communities from the $200,000s.
