Westminster is a community in northwestern Orange County and is surrounded by Fountain Valley to the south, Garden Grove to the northeast, Huntington Beach to the southwest, Sunset Beach to the west, and Seal Beach to the northwest.   Westminster is most easily accessible via the 405 Freeway at Bolsa or the 22 Freeway at Beach Blvd.

Westminster was originally founded as a Prebyterian temperance colony and later incorporated in 1957 and was once known as Tri-City as Barber City, Midway City, and Westminster were going to combine, but Midway City later declined.  Today, Westminster has a population around 90,000 people and over 26,000 households.  Westminster is popular for the Westminster Mall and the community known as Little Saigon.
